Have been here a few times and always had a good experience. From admission to discharge, all staff has been friendly and accommodating and wait times have been short (the book ahead option isn’t always perfect but it’s better than anything offered anyplace else.) I went to this not-BBB-accredited facility for anuual physical checked up and got billed $363 for office visit. The billing department told me that it was because I answered doctors’s question if I have any health concerns. It does not matter that it was just a conversation that did not results in any treatment or prescription. People are nice, doctors are nice, and the billing department are also great people. Love it fast friendly and nice
Was there for an accident at work, while I was there I was given paperwork for the insurance info to bring to my boss. He filled it out as I brought it back to Park Nicollet within an hour of leaving my urgent care visit. Apparently, they lost it, because I was getting bills and phone calls from them two months later. When I asked them why I was getting bills sent to my home I was told that there wasn’t any insurance information on file. Have attended numerous times for my family in the past 4 years since moving to Plymouth. Always exceptional service and bedside manner. I love the save my spot feature so I don’t have to wait in the lobby, but can come when my time is ready and go straight to an exam room.
