Long wait despite using the service to save a space in line. Arrived and was told there was one person in front of me. 1.5 hours later I finally saw a healthcare provider. Doesn’t appear to be adequate staffing.
In and out, test results came back quickly. Makes a huge difference to book a spot in line before you go.
What a great place. Drs and nurses that know their stuff. Caught and diagnosed my congestive heart failure when I thought it was the flu. Never had to wait more than 15 mins to be seen. A+++ for this palce
I went to this urgent care because their website listed the specific service I needed. When I arrived and met with the doctor, I was told they couldn’t actually provide it that day because the right staff member wasn’t working. They advised me to go to the ER instead — and then I received a $500 bill. If their website had been accurate, I would have gone straight to the ER and avoided the unnecessary cost. Very disappointing and misleading experience
