Terrible patient treatment when checking in. The receptionist was rude and short tempered when checking in. My wife was in extreme pain and the attitude of the lady checking us in was just unacceptable.
In May 2024, as a new patient, I walked in for urgent care and received excellent care and professional communication. I then had a wellness check up and was referred to specialists and received great medical treatment at Methodist Hospital. I recently had an annual wellness check up. I’m very satisfied with all my health care providers in Minnesota.
so many poor reviews I thought I should add a good one yesterday I had to go into urgent care and have a small procedure done to drain an abscess that had turned into cellulitis. The doctor I seen was so reassuring and caring and fixed me right up I was in and out within an hour and a half highly recommend Thank you Dr. Daniel rude!
I really didn’t have a good experience at all... people kept cutting in front of me. When I asked about it, they just wanted me to be the next person in line... after I complained. They were so rude and racist. Coming here from down south, I expected a better experience, but honestly, I’m not having one at all... you need to do better.
