Don't plan on getting seen as a walk up, with any urgency, as "urgent care" might imply. They take appointments and book themselves up in advance, no different than clinic services during the weekdays, except the bill is higher. Clearly, if the appointments booked in advance were urgent, they wouldn't have booked them in advance and would have come down to the clinic right away. Useless.
Worst urgent care! Staff are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I have tried this urgent care twice and didn’t get seen either time. This time they told me they were at capacity because they were closing in an hour but then took the person who walked in after me. Please don’t go to this clinic.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. Entire appointment was about an hourish from check-in to check-out. Dan (PA) was my provider and was very informative, nice and timely.
