The clinic is great, the staff very helpful, but would have made this 5 stars if not for the long wait on the phone to get through to someone. I had a simple question that I couldn't use the Online service for, so ended up waiting almost a half hour just to be hung up on by the frontline phone operator. If possible, would recommend popping into the clinic for help instead of calling - a lot quicker and less stressful.
