I went to park nicolett plymouth urgent care tonight to get a prescription refilled that I got in another country while away at vet school and initially the dr. was not able to refill it due to US laws however the doctor (Kaitlin?) went out of her way to call a resource for guidance on this prescription within the law and this little step made me feel heard and made all the difference in my night and weekend. I had a WEEK of training at this location and the treatment had been beyond words ! This clinic showed me signs of discrimination ! from day one !!!! And still gave grace ! I even reported certain things to my recurtier from Medix . My contract was wrongfully ended and I’m going to seek the proper steps to make sure that they don’t treat another African American nurse the way they treated me ! I’m so disgusted it’s beyond words .
I have been annoyed. Only had one appointment and I was told if my cost for my prescription was to much they would have a case manager look into alternatives and they can’t even call the insurance per their policy to check on it. And can’t send information to via email. My chart program is pain the butt to work with, personal opinion.
never go here they will cancel your appointment after 5 mins and are rude and don’t care
