I have been annoyed. Only had one appointment and I was told if my cost for my prescription was to much they would have a case manager look into alternatives and they can’t even call the insurance per their policy to check on it. And can’t send information to via email. My chart program is pain the butt to work with, personal opinion.
never go here they will cancel your appointment after 5 mins and are rude and don’t care
It was very easy and quick to get into the lab for blood work. My phlebotomist was Sabina, and she absolutely made my day! She was so wonderful, gentle, and she felt like a forever friend!
I should have a punch card with how frequent I've visited this clinic and urgent care in the past 6 months. With two kids under ages 6, we are frequent fliers. The save my spot in line feature is the best, and I've never had to wait in the waiting room very long at all. Incredible service and bedside manner.
Stay away. Unless you want to pay a thousand dollars just to pop a zit. Would have done it myself at home if I knew they would break the $1000 dollar mark
