This Clinic is great but problems with website and billing emails. Website does not work some of the time, gives error message, "try again later" after all info entered. No one answers phone, gave call back #, called back, then put me on hold for 5 min and call dropped. Twice made appt PNC EP, and they emailed bills for $478 for appointment, even though I have insurance on file, have $0 balance for 2 appointments this year. So I cancelled these appts. I called 5 times this morning to cancel my therapy appointment and did not get a live person. Was on hold for a long time and still did not reach anyone each time I tried calling. I need to find a new doctor but do not think I’ll be finding one at Park Nicollet Eden Prairie if they can’t hire a person to answer phones but charge patients enough where they could hire a Receptionist.
