Caution ⚠️ my previous comment was deleted because it exposed “Self Storage Plus” for the terrible way this was handled; it is apparently being razed/demolished for some other purpose, one of which I do not know. Long story short, because I do not want to risk them taking this down again: I came up to my unit on the 16th of August, 2023 to discover dead rodents and thousands worth of damage on a climate controlled 10x15 unit ($244/month) due to rodent urine and feces over everything. *sleeper loveseat ripped to shreds and covered in animal feces and urine* 3 dead mice Half the storage unit that I spent basically 15000 on over a 3 year period Probably needs to be tossed It's a slow process but we should be able to finish up going through it this weekend. How is it existing customers get rate increases from 100 to 122 for a 10x10 unit and their website right now I can rent a 10x10 for $95. I left my previous storage provider for a similar reason. It's an industry issue.
Very clean, nice staff, manager is very professional. However, be aware the owner does increase the storage fees every six months. Time to start looking around fees are getting too high.
