in the past i have been very happy with park n fly. this last week i had my car in there and it was dirty when i came home. i cleaned it before i left and there was dirt on the floor mats and even the door up till the window!! please have your employees use clean clothes and footwear in other people’s vehicles. i truly wondered if they had taken it ‘for a ride’. i failed to check my kms before leaving, so have no proof.
App is easy to use. They are very friendly. Normally we dont wait for the shuttle. This time we had to wait 15 minutes. I appreciate that the car is warm when we get in. Would use again and again.
