I would not recommend renting any properties from Kevin or his company Park Metro Realty. This review will be updated with more details as my situation with them develops.

Kevin was extremely helpful in helping me sell an Estate house. A friend of mine named me his Trustee and when he passed I didn’t have a clue how to begin the process of selling his house. Kevin worked with me in getting the house ready to sell including staging, doing all the advertising and scheduled the open house. The house sold during the first open house for a substantially higher price than asking. Kevin was a real pleasure to work with.

As soon as I met Kevin, I knew that he was the real deal. My fiancée and I were able to experience this first hand when we decided to use Park Metro Realty for our first time home purchase. Kevin helped us every step of the way. He was responsive, flexible and a problem solver during unprecedented times. Kevin took our personal situation which could have been made awkward by an unprofessional person and kept it drama free. In retrospect I can't think of anything that he could have done to make the process easier for me.
