Walls are paper thin. My neighbor's voice reverbs through my room ANY time he talks. Same with sounds from non neighboring rooms. There used to be a unit that had two babies who'd scream ALL day. I was down the hall and could hear them like they were right outside my room. Other than that, the apartment is nice, not much else to complain about.

My husband and I are the Apartment Life coordinators for Main Street Flats and we absolutely adore this community. The office staff are some of the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever worked with. We host 2 events a month and the community truly does feel like family when we gather. The apartment units themselves are in excellent condition with great appliances, A/C in the phase 2 building, and the interior design for the unit is very nice. The apartment has a very bad smell of marijuana almost every day and the front desk literally do nothing about it (although we complained for weeks, they did not even send a notice, they ask us to find evidence of which unit is smoking while they do nothing) Humorously, if we want to end our lease because of we smell marijuana in this so called non-smoke community, we still need to pay 2 month penalty [Updated on Aug. 20th] Thanks for Amanda and Ethan's follow up today! Lived there a year ago, this place still traumatized me. The management team here is impressively unprofessional and consistently disrespectful. More often than not, they’ll find a way to pin any issue on you, while speaking to you as though they were your boss—with certain undertones that some might find… not exactly inclusive. If you encounter a problem, don’t expect much in terms of solutions—they tend to ignore emails, rarely answer calls, and have even hung up mid-conversation.
