Giving 2 stars because the apartments, community and maintenance is good. But the front desk is horrible specifically the Ethan guy. Someone parked on my designated spot one day so i had to park somewhere else that might, next day when i call front desk ethan says your parking spot is changed I mean why did they change my spot without informing me? Sorry but he doesn't have a courtesy to of how a person should behave at front desk
My boyfriend and I booked a tour here and received a confirmation email but when we arrived we were told by the leasing agent that they could not “accommodate us for tour.” We traveled 2 hours to get here and were shocked and disappointed that they would treat potential tenants this way. Hopefully someone will fix the website to ensure that this does not happen in the future.
Price bait and waste of time. The actual price is ~$500 higher than the one they listed online. They didn’t even tell me in the email confirmation. They only mention it when you get there. Really questionable business practice.
This was one of the worst apartment touring experiences I’ve had. I visited the apartment with my husband, and the staff was extremely unwelcoming and rude. When I asked standing there if we could tour little earlier, they weren’t even willing to offer alternative options or try to accommodate us, yet were sitting idle at the desk.
