Very hard to get meds when a pre authorization is needed. I called 4 times and they said they will send to insurance and I still don't have my diabetic meds. Going on one month and still no meds. I went to the office to speak to physcian assistant Kathryn and she would not come out to speak to me. The office personnel said they did not receive any messages regarding my meds. I called 20 times and they said they would take care of it and 2 months later no meds. I am beyond frustrated.
Always a great visit with Dr. Smith. He's been my PCP for 22 years and I will miss him greatly. He's taken care of me for so long, it's going to be impossible to replace the type of care and advice He's shown me. Im very blessed to have had him fir so long. God bless you Dr. Troy Smith
