I usually go once a year for my physical with Dr. Smith. He's very attentive, and asks all the right questions. The staff is very friendly. On my follow-up, Dr. Smith finally was able to get the wax out of my right ear. I can hear again! I am sad to hear that Dr. Smith is leaving.

Today was my first time visiting this office. I was impressed by the ability to get a same day appointment. Kevin was very knowledgeable, informative, a little funny lol and made me feel like a valued new patient. He made sure to address my concerns with compassion and empathy. Last but not least, the staff from the receptionist, phlebotomist and medical assistant was pretty amazing too! I will definitely be using this office for my primary care.

Very hard to get meds when a pre authorization is needed. I called 4 times and they said they will send to insurance and I still don't have my diabetic meds. Going on one month and still no meds. I went to the office to speak to physcian assistant Kathryn and she would not come out to speak to me. The office personnel said they did not receive any messages regarding my meds. I called 20 times and they said they would take care of it and 2 months later no meds. I am beyond frustrated.
