Dr. Ozog has been my primary care doctor for several years and provides exceptional care. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, and I never feel rushed. The office staff is friendly and truly care about their patients.
Absolutely do not go here if you value your time. I waited in the waiting room for a scheduled annual check up for just under and hour and then waited an additional 20 minutes in the exam room to see Kathryn. While she is a nice woman, getting a hold of her is absolutely impossible. You cannot directly contact your physician and while the women at the call center are very nice there is only so much they can do for you. Great doctors. Minimal waiting. In house lab for blood draws. Highly recommended
Doctors are great. Desk staff is overworked and hasn’t had help in almost a year. And the website is always broken. If I didn’t love my doctor, I would go somewhere else. They put in a computer instead of hiring more people to work the desk… Shameless.
You never wrote for my prescriptions yet i went on the 3rd i really need them I'm going to get sick without them I've called 3 times and talked to the girl at th e desk
