Kathryn Poulos, PA is a very kind, professional physician’s assistant! Knowledgeable, excellent bedside manner, smart and pleasant! The office staff welcoming and efficient. I’ve been a patient here for years.
Great practice overall, LOVE Craig, Tina and of course Kathryn. Have been with them over 20 years pediatrics included, Call center staff is by far the worst they could have done. As a medical assistant myself I know how to handle calls with scheduling and Anitra gave me nothing but complete attitude and just threw me in an appointment slot without asking my availability. I'll be canceling my appointment and speaking with staff directly from now on.
