I have lived here for over 10 years and there is such a great sense of community in this complex. Everyone looks out for each other. Units rarely become available, but if they do I would definitely recommend living here. There are often issues with the water going out, but they are typically resolved promptly and the manager Carmen is always communicating with residents via text. If you’re a delivery driver DONT go through the gates you will end up stuck as you need a key card to get back out the gate!
