Recommendedin response to the post by Ashley. I can see having your car towed would be extremely frustrating and have done our very best so that doesn't happen. We have many signs posted throughout the complex parking area. In fact you passed 2 on the way in and 1 right in front of that parking spot. They read "TENANT PARKING ONLY " as well as "PERMIT PARKING RESIDENTS ONLY vehicles without valid parking permits will be towed at vehicle owner's expense. Management needs to learn how to be a decent human being and the basics of running a property. You're suppose to work with your tenants and understand that unfortunate situations may occur. Say for instance, 1a babysitter's vehicle that had been towed after 30 minutes because she parked in my sister's parking spot... you didn't bother calling the owner of the parking spot to clarify, instead, called a towed company forcing my sister to pay 330 dollars of her income.
