This is my first apartment and living on my own after living with my parents so, I have no where else to compare it to. I like that this apartment is located in a neighborhood, it’s a cozy atmosphere! I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the apartment does get moisture in the windows and didn’t know that would be an issue when I moved in but other than that it’s a great apartment
We have lived here two years and are very happy! Management is efficient and kind. They really care about the tenants. We have never had management that takes the time to get to know their tenants and communicates frequently with them. Management is onsite and we feel like we can go to them with anything. Tommy the maintenance/facility manager is kind, patient and quick! We never have to wait long for help with repairs or concerns. It's a very quiet, clean, and beautiful place, with excellent service from the office staff.
I lived here for almost 3 years I always got treated with Respect by Management & The Maintenance Technician Nice neighborhood friendly Neighbor's. I loved the Perks During Holidays for the Kids definitely Recommend living here
Great place to live. Great location. Some rules are strict though like what you're allowed to put on your own patio that you're paying rent for. They are very concerned about "looks" but don't let it deter you from renting here. Very friendly, quiet community. Some aquaintences of mine who I had over caused a noise disturbance but the manager ironed it out with me immediately, so they are responsive not only to their own concerns but in my experience also to any maintainence concerns you may have.
