Park is a company that’s capable of so much and it’s sad to see good people there be ran into the ground by poor management. If you live in the area do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company. Never have I ever had a more incompetent VP/ HR at this place.

Numbers numbers numbers. It’s hard to imagine a company this age still struggling with basic communication amongst management , the hr says whatever goes through her head regardless of how rude it is. My recommendation of you’re young looking for work go somewhere else. Stuck around for 5 years in hoping for change and not once did it happen.

Work isn't all that difficult but its incredibly repetitive and uneventful. Not to mention the lack of time opportunities given to workers to communicate with the higher ups, or just lack of communication in general which creates problems when profits and zero defects are prioritized over employee ideas and interaction with each other. I even pitched an idea that would save them thousands and speed up production, and they seemed to like the idea, then nothing for months.
