Great apartments and great staff. Most of the neighbors are very friendly. I love my apartment. I am at the back and I have a beautiful view. There is plenty of space to walk my dog. Awesome apartments. I liked it when I could smoke on my back porch. That's the only complaint I have.

the staff is wonderful and always there to help the residents. we have wonderful maintenance and the residents are wonderful people. I recommend Park Manor 100%.
All I can say is - they, property management, doesn't seem to be to concerned about the elderly. They just made it mandatory to use their portal and then charge you to use it. Regardless, if you can use a computer or not, have one or not or a smart phone or not and no bank account. Rules made by people who don't understand impact on elderly.
Recently moved my mother in there. Was on a waiting list and had to sign lease sight unseen. Little did we know the place had been occupied by 2 smokers for 3 years and the place wreaked, a health hazard. That was May 11, it is June 19, they just now cleaned the air ducts. The manager, Evelyn, is very dismissive when confronted and is never in her office. Know what you are signing up for.
Good place, well managed. Nice for pets. Very Quite.
