Do yourself a favor… DO NOT COME HERE!!! This place came highly recommended from an adoption agency. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with THE WORST attitude I have ever experienced in customer service. The receptionist’s name was Nicole and there are a handful of bad reviews about her all over the internet. I’m not sure why Dr. Kwon continues to employ her. Best Vet In Plano! I have been taking my two Italian Greyhounds to Dr. Kirk for several years now. He is wonderful, great bedside manner, very gentle with my dogs. One of my dogs does not do well with the stress of going to the vet but he has never had a problem when seeing Dr. Kirk. Also, Park Mall Animal Clinic is very affordable, they don't over charge or try to see you services you don't need. I highly recommend this vet.

I brought my newly adopted kitten in a few weeks ago and Dr. Kwon and his staff were very professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions and eased my kitten’s anxiety of being there right away.

I was looking for a vet for an older cat I adopted and came across Dr. Kown's nicely done website. Because I'm a busy person, I appreciate prices listed for common services. Prior to learning about Park Mall Animal Clinic, I contacted vets in my area and it was difficult getting information. Dr. Kwon's credentials are impressive and his staff are very friendly and helpful. We have found our new vet.

Today was our first visit to Park Mall Animal Clinic and it will not be our last. The entire staff, from the friendliness and welcoming personality of reception over the phone, to the kind attentiveness of the techs, to Dr. Kwon’s gentle and professional approach, our entire experience was wonderful. Their pricing is a true value and much appreciated. The realities of having a furry family member are pleasantly manageable thanks to the care of Dr. Kwon and his staff. The joys of being a pug momma are now even more joyful!

I recently took my maltese and shi tzu here for their anual vaccines and they were so good with them and i highly appreciated their covid regulations as well. I brought my maltese today for ear infection treatment and met Dr.Kwon and he was wonderful at explaining every single thing including costs. Staff was very friendly as well and will definitely be coming back for further care.
