Time to give credit where credit is due. I want to thank the office staff for taking care of my early rent payments. The maintenance crew is wonderful and responsive, and we just got an Internet upgrade. Thank you all for everything you do to maintain the grounds, bookkeeping, services, common areas, and even the sidewalks during winter. So me and my best friend was out Saturday looking for a place to move we came across park lane village apartments we met Carla our leasing agent she was polite friendly we discussed our needs and situation she was upfront and met our expectations couldn't ask for a better leasing agent she maid the process fast simple easy and within two hours being the weekend we got our notifications welcome home it was a awesome feeling wanna give big shout out to Caaarla @ parklane village apartments you rock
Unfortunately, I'm back in a situation where I'm extremely frustrated with my experience here. Please see attached screenshots. Lately, the billing has gotten screwed up royally. I'm getting rebilled for things that were mistakenly not added to my bills in the past, and I have no idea whether they are being honest. Furthermore, I like to pay my rent early and the billing system now charges a LATE FEE for paying early. You can't make this crap up! They said IT would probably get to it...eventually. Preston with Maintenance has fixed up our place whenever we need help - most recently fixing our dishwasher that was having some issues. We are so grateful for him and love living here!
We have loved it here ever since we moved in 3 years ago! Maintenance and leasing have been awesome to us and alway taken care of us. Especially Chris, Chris has always made us feel prioritized and welcome!
