I recently signed a lease at Park Village Apartments and had a fantastic experience throughout the process. Jessi was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while showing me all of the available options. She took the time to explain every detail of the lease, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I'm excited to call Park Village home and truly appreciate Jessi's outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
It seems to me that management is more concerned with what country’s flag I hang in my window during a World Cup tournament than with actually being welcoming, providing good service, and properly maintaining the property. The dog park gate has been broken for almost a year, and it often takes multiple maintenance requests to get certain issues resolved.
