I'm not sure even where to even start. Well for starters we really wanted to love it here but there were so many problems here that we are so happy our lease ended here. They lied to us and said our base rent was going to be 1300 and bumped up 200 dollars, next the hallways were awful they do not clean them regularly like they say. I have lived here for a year with my husband and for the most part we have enjoyed it! The location and amenities are great and the apartments themselves are pretty nice. Only complaint I have is that everywhere you walk smells like animal pee/poop. The hallways, the sidewalks, the garden by the pool always smell of urine and it’s bad. Besides this I have really enjoyed living here and the maintenance people have been great!
Benefits: Large, efficient and comfortable layout, with all needed appliances such as garbage disposal, washer and dryer. Lots of kitchen counter space, large pantry, balcony. Big soaking tub in bathroom. Free office printer, fast maintenance response. McDonald's next door for a quick bite. Gym, Playground, garden area for pets, and dog poop quickly removed.
