A very nice community in a great location. Lots of amenities and very nice place to live. Close to I15, highway 89 and the new west highway so you can get anywhere very quickly or just walk down the path and you are in Farmington Station. Really fantastic!
The leasing staff (Karla) was very helpful and easy to talk to. The apartment layout is nice and open, with the apartment looking—and smelling—clean and in good repair. The grounds are nice and the pool, weight room, and playground are all very appealing. Overall I was very impressed with this apartment and community.
I just signed my renewal lease and I don't see myself moving anywhere else in the near future. I love the community and staff here. I would say, I would like to see the pool and hot tub cleaned, along with the hot tub bubbles being fixed as it doesn't do anything. But that is besides the point. I really do enjoy living here.
Mason and Sergio came over and took care of a really badly clogged sink quickly and professionally!
Time to give credit where credit is due. I want to thank the office staff for taking care of my early rent payments. The maintenance crew is wonderful and responsive, and we just got an Internet upgrade. Thank you all for everything you do to maintain the grounds, bookkeeping, services, common areas, and even the sidewalks during winter.
