I have a a couple major problems with the apartment. First, the autopay system doesn’t work 100% of the time. Your payment won’t go through which means it’s late which means you get to pay a $300 late fee. This happened to me three times. Each time they left eviction notices on my door when they could have just called the day prior letting me know that they haven’t received my payment. But they won’t, because it’s more money for them. Our window has been leaking for 4 months, despite paying $1,626/month. Upon moving in, the blinds were covered in dirt and mud, and the tub had a gray stain. We were promised cleaning and a dust-free apartment, but these promises were broken. We won’t renew our lease because you neglect your apartments and tenants, taking their money without providing any value..

A very nice community in a great location. Lots of amenities and very nice place to live. Close to I15, highway 89 and the new west highway so you can get anywhere very quickly or just walk down the path and you are in Farmington Station. Really fantastic!

The leasing staff (Karla) was very helpful and easy to talk to. The apartment layout is nice and open, with the apartment looking—and smelling—clean and in good repair. The grounds are nice and the pool, weight room, and playground are all very appealing. Overall I was very impressed with this apartment and community.
