I just have to say, at 204A Hespeler Rd. I'm in unit 305, the building management team here are doing an excellent job. The building is always clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about the building manager Steph. He is what makes this place a pleasure to live here. He's kind, friendly, very efficient at getting things done when asked. The 4 staff that take care of 204 Hespeler Road are Excellent and proactive. They keep the building and grounds looking good and any concerns are addressed quickly. I appreciate the efforts of the staff. Thanks Huge
I had a very bad experience with the management at Skyline Hespeler, 204 A Hespeler Road. The management staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They do not listen to tenant concerns and instead respond with disrespect. I tried calling during office hours multiple times, but they either do not answer the phone or, when they do, they speak in a very rude and disrespectful manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on my experience with the management.
We dealt with Steph to try and get an apartment, and although we had to ultimately relocate to a different city we were very sad because the amount of time and effort he gave us … was just unmatched. He was beyond helpful xxx
