: Trisha, the manager, patiently and graciously (I appreciate you, Trisha) gave me a short-notice tour July 24, 2024, showing me two one-bedroom carpeted apartment. I’m impressed by the well-maintained 100-year old building and grounds, as well as all utilities included with the rent and the on-site parking. This apartment complex is clean and quiet. Floor plans are good size and rent is very affordable. Minimal issues, that get solved relatively quickly. Trisha, apartment manager, is awesome and very helpful.
