We have been going to Park Lane Eye Care for more than 15 years. We now live in the NW corner of Connecticut, approximately 60 miles from Milford. We are so happy with both Dr. Roberts and John that we continue to drive to Milford every year for our eye exams. Highly recommended!

I just can't say enough about Park Lane...Dr Roberts is always thorough and explains everything in detail..he's Truly the best and always is quick to fit me in last minute if I have an eye issue ...and John in the front is always great in fitting me for the correct frames at a good cost ...best eye care in Milford!!!!
John is one of the most ignorant people I have ever dealt with. I do not know how you run a business treating people the way you do. The total lack of customer service is unbelievable- would never recommend this business to anyone
I recently stopped with my 97 year old mother to have them adjust her glasses. She had fallen a week ago and her glasses where damaged. Because of her age I asked if they would mind coming out to her in the car which they happily agreed to do. Happy mother now. Thank you Paul for your awesome service. Amy Bowman.
I highly recommend Dr. Roberts! I have been a patient for about six years and I have always had an excellent experience. I suffer from chronic dry eyes and Dr. Roberts has worked with me over the years to find the best solution for the irritation. There have been a few occasions where I needed immediate care and his office staff have always gotten me in that day, or early the next morning. Dr. Roberts is a great guy and is always more than willing to take the time to answer any questions. Great person and optometrist!!
Dr. Roberts and the whole staff at Park Lane are awesome. I really appreciate the time Dr. Roberts takes during my eye exams. He has been monitoring my eye pressure for several years. John and Paul likewise always get me into the right frames, perfectly fitted! Thanks for all you folks do for my eyes!
