I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. The apartment is well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable, and the building itself is kept very clean. The office staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and I’ve always felt like the team genuinely cares about the residents. and good communication especially the manager Ms. Kamara and Ms. Merry

The leasing managers are funky and unprofessional. Buildings and dumpsters are infested with rats and roaches . The maintenance people sucks . The exterminator , I’m not even sure what’s his real purpose because it seems as if the bugs come out more when he sprays . Don’t move here unless you used to living like this . Beyond disgusting and inhumane

This place is not worth the money. The rent is high and they go up every year. The efficiency cost $890 a month It’s mice and roach infested. It’s hard to find the the building at night because the letter of the building to high to see. The carpet in the hallway is filthy . There is no l intercom systems for visitors. All they want is your money. If the rent is not paid by the first, they already filing court papers and then want to add the court fee to your monthly rent. They file that the first week of the month.

Rent increases every year, roach and mice infested , not worth the money to even consider living here. Don’t waste your money 👎🏽

The carpet is Stinky and dirty Needs to be replaced otherwise it's dangerous and will make tenants sick
