This office does a fine job of presenting a friendly and hip atmosphere. The free coffee is nice. However, as far being legitimate medical professionals, they are no more than very very good salespeople. I came in due to neck back. During the first visit, they took an x-ray and convinced me to sign on to a treatment plan. Sasha (the office manager?) emphasized, "We're going to get you better and send you on your way. Massage Disaster – I had been going to Park Lake Chiropractors for over a year. I would always try to schedule my adjustments and massage for the morning. A couple of months ago I returned from a long trip and needed an adjustment and massge so I called to schedule one. The only appointment available for the following day was late in the afternoon. Con Artists – Beware of joining their monthly plan. They will bank draft your account regardless of whether you use their services or not. They will promise you that if you cannot use their services one month that they will not charge you - all you have to do is call them. But no matter what you do they will continue to draft your account and you will never see a refund (or even get a call back!). Also, if you have a bad experience and complain - their response - tough. These guys are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!
awesome – I honestly enjoy revisiting Park Lake. My treatments have always been relieving and it is going really well. I have not had a headache since I started care!
Ultimately relaxing massage. – My treatment is going well. I am experiencing fewer headaches than I use to. The massage that I had was very good!
No pain, no gain. – I am feeling better, still in a bit of pain but that is the treatment process. I am getting better!
