This place is so fully loaded! So many great things to do, just one big problem... I party so much I cannot invite friends over really. But it is very nice big place, Oliver showed me around and it is very nice but I think the apartments too small, maybe I need a bigger place for parties and I see too many kids here.
The team at park kiely were very friendly Oliver gave me and my husband a tour and was super nice showed us some units in our price range. Only problem is that my husband has a bunch of tools and without storage that makes it a bit harder for us. But the place is nice many great amenities and Oliver was a great tour guide. Loved the environment, plus the schooling is important and there are great schools in the area
Toured the property with my mother who is looking for a new place to stay after renting out her house. The amenities are super nice. She loved that she wouldn't have to get a gym membership and it was just a short walk away (most apartment gyms are a complete joke, but this one has all the necessities). We were shown around by Pamela Petersen and she was a complete delight. Professional, outgoing, and helpful. She actually wants to make sure you have the best experience possible and makes the complex feel like a home.
My family and I have been looking for a new place to settle. We were helped by Pamela who welcomed us and showed us the models. She was very kind and informative. Rents are too high for what we would like to pay, however the customer service by Pamela made the touring experience worth it.
Last weekend I toured with Pamela Petersen, she was friendly, up beat and honest. I can tell she really enjoys what she does. The complex is a great fit for us specially close to the freeway. We'll be back. Thanks Pamela!
Went over to check out some apartments at Park Kiely a few days ago. Was greeted by Oliver O. Forgot his last name hopefully it doesn't matter much. The location is great near my work at Apple, and pricing is not bad at all. If you go to Park Kiely I'd recommend you book an appointment or ask for Oliver, he is a great guy knows how to give you a tour of a lifetime. Very friendly and I thought it would be best for everyone else to know, but aside from Oliver all the staff in leasing are very friendly.
I went with my wife to park kiely and was looking into 1 bed 1 bath, I was greeted by Oliver O. who gave me a tour and was so nice he offered his umbrella to us and he walked in the rain showing us everything park kiely had to offer. Went to visit Park Kiely and was maybe looking into moving by that area and found that Oliver was the man to go to he is new there but other then that he was a great tour man. He makes you feel as though you have been good friends for a long time he can connect with you know's your needs and will help you as much as he can to get the job done for you. Moving from Sunnyvale to Cupertino. Park Kiely was on my list and we had the pleasure to be assisted by Pamela Petersen, she showed us the models and we loved them, the playground for kids is great and location school district perfect for us. Pamela was so sharp the best we've ever had in a search for a home.
