I took my Tissot watch for a battery replacement, he broke the stem and crown while I was there. I watched him do it! Then he lied! Said it must have been already broken. I had worn it over an hour that morning, if it was already broken, ot would have fallen out. He insisted he didn't break it but offered to repair for free. NO WAY! I took it to a watch repair, said they have to fix his errors all the time. It's good p ing to cost me $165 to repair it. Do Not Take Your Watch to this guy.
