Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a nice no frills stay.
I accidentally left my medication in the mini fridge. I came back not only three hours later to retrieve it, and the room had been cleaned and it was missing. Housekeepers said they didn’t see anything - quite hard to believe. Could have been a life-threatening situation. Nobody seemed to care.
The Best Customer services ever!!! Emily and Annie were just amazing!!! This is my new favourite hotel!!
They have issues with the room. A few lights were out. The TV kept reading all the screens to me very annoying. They don't have Tea available for guests in case you want it you will need to pack it.
