Very unhelpful service on making an incorrect room reservation. No refund or change policy and ignored me after 2 asks.
Easy access, we were disappointed that the pool wasn't open , but I,khan was so kind and honest. Put out extra towels in the hot tub just for my girls . Thank you so much .
Worst place ever regular room for Priceline with a price lock guarantee of 127.00 after being put into a room from Priceline for a $99 that had no rooms available at the motel they broke the room in and when I get when I get there they want another $175 bucks well a price that guarantees means they can't do that I have been fighting ever since to get my money back and the girl at the front desk absolutely no help this is the worst company ever I do plan on calling the corporate office and I do plan on taking Priceline and co... read more
