Great stay that wasn't too far from LA, and I loved the small convenience store in the lobby. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful, the staff were friendly as well.
Covina is a beautiful area to stay. The staff at park inn are very nice. The breakfast there is very good. The rooms are nice. Was looking forward to the pool being heated and the hot tub but they were both broken but we are from Rhode Island were are pools are always cold so we didn't let it ruin our trip and we enjoyed our time very much!
I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with the accomodations. I got to the hotel early and they had my room available, it was clean and the staff was helpful regarding a few minor things that were initially problematic. I would definately recommend for those staying in this area
Its an amazing hotel with spacious rooms and big pool.
Always feels like coming home when we check in. Scott & Fabiola have made our stays extra special. The rooms feel more like upscale condos, with separate living area & 2 TV's in the suites. We would not stay anywhere else when in this area. Love the breakfast, the grounds, and the people, too. Restaurant next door makes staying in very convenient, and they have entertainment on the weekends. One stop shopping, with a gift shop on site. Will be back, you can count on it :)
The management and staff are very friendly. I really like the overall property. It was clean and well managed. I would definitely recommend this property for those visiting the area or here working. I have referred multiple associates to the Park Inn by Radisson in Covina. Thanks for everything guys :)
The Park Inn by Radisson was a clean and welcoming property. The check in and check out process was easy and the front desk staff were friendly. It's a nice spacious property with lots of amenities. The rooms are cozy and everything worked. The Sales Director Fabiola was fantastic in arranging our room stay. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Covina and / or Los Angles area.
I stayed at this hotel last week for 2 days, and service was great. We had a double king suite, free WiFi and our room was clean. Friendly staff and the free breakfast is awesome, it's actually a real breakfast not just cereal and muffins. I'd stay here again and would recommend it for sure!
