I always go visit Wendy in the bar and have dinner when traveling on business! She is always so upbeat and kind!
I enjoyed my foot rub, but I was not exactly satisfied with my massage.
This is a Christmas wonderland the hotel is wonderful along with all the staff and the restaurants are amazing. I will definitely come back again
We were actually guests at the Pines Lodge up the hill, however the Hyatt welcomed us with open arms as we walked through, offering us hot chocolate and Smores for the kids. The park Hyatt goes out of their way to make everyone on the mountain feel welcome. Thanks guys 5*****'s and an A+ from the Fandrick family.
