While on vacation in Estes Park I became ill and disoriented. I entered myself into the emergency room at Estes Park Health. I was immediately impressed by the speed at which attention was provided to me. The concern shown by all the staff, nurses, doctor and associated providers was outstanding. Horrible care, insensitive, uncaring. They have done more harm than any good for me.
Substandard care after I reported originally July 17th. I was treated with utter disregard, likely because of something that had previously been annotated in my record. They failed to treat me appropriately, failed to properly diagnose me, and then failed to get my prescription to the Denver VA, I had to go to Longs Peak UC Health where I got proper care. If I could leave negative stars I would! A few years ago when I returned to estes and started my health care journey, I was very happy with the doctors and level of care they gave... but shortly after it's turned horribly. As soon as you finally get comfortable with a GOOD doctor they leave because working here is hell (I've been told)... once your good doctor leaves, then you're tossed around and handled as if you're an inconvenience to be making appointments.
