The place is very clean and welcoming. Love this place! I went to an awesome yoga class.
I had an amazing experience here. The people at this establishment were so kind! Amazing clinic!
I had a terrible experience here. The day after my intake appointment, someone called me rudely asking what I “planned to do” about owing them $200. I didn’t understand why I would owe that much. She laughed and said “so you don’t understand how your own insurance works?”, then proceeded to tell me wildly incorrect information about my policy. unfortunately the people who work here are rude and incompetent. I’m not sure who actually works here because there are people who speak to me who aren’t even on the website. I’m not sure how this place has 15 perfect 5 star reviews based on how they treat people over the phone. Each staff talks horrible about each other and it just seem like too much drama and childishness. Especially for a THERAPY office. I will not be recommending anyone here and I will not be coming back.
Love this space and everyone in it! Perfect place to go and be able to reset.
