Almost surpassing a year here and don’t really have anything negative to say about it. Being right next to the highway (77) is awesome and when we moved in we thought it would be loud but you really can barely hear it at all. The neighbors are all quiet and friendly and the leasing office staff/maintenance guys are awesome and always waving and saying good morning. Just renewed for another year.
Poor management. Refuses to return deposit even though it was left immaculate. Very expensive, the staff is real nice until you sign the papers. Major problem with black mold, tested positive. Went month to month,said I needed 90 day notice, but policy is 30 days if month to month. Cannot believe anything they say, so disappointing, can be a good place to live.
Great move-in experience! Valarie from the leasing office has been amazing — always friendly, quick to respond, and really helped me out when I had an issue after moving in. The maintenance team is also super reliable; every time I put in a request, they show up the next day and take care of it. Couldn’t be happier with the support here.
We have been here since 2023. My kids love the green and the management really takes care of the residents. Valarie and Jodi, you guys are amazing. A 3 bedroom apartment is hard to find in this locality. I am glad we found Parkhill! Thank you.
My move in experience was seamless and Valerie was a pleasure to work with to make it happen! Minor issue with one of the appliances that was resolved as quickly as possible by the team. Can't wait for summer to enjoy the pool and the grounds!
