We have lived here for almost 2 years. We love living here!! The maintenance issues are promptly and effectively addressed. Given the current cost of living, the rent is fair, unlike many places. The location makes it easy to get around easily. People here are friendly and has a lovely community feeling!
I have moved around a lot chasing the lowest rent when I was a bottom line employee, so I have lived in a ton of different apartments. This is by the far the best area, the best office staff, the best amenities, and the best maintenance experience I have ever experienced. I've been here almost a year now.
