I do not live there but have been a guest several times. The management seems to discriminate. I watched them sit at the pool and only check the people of color for passes. Then an employee's husband used a racial slur with a resident. It costs way too much to live there for them to act like it's the 60's. But the employees are old so I guess they are stuck in the past.
Professional management team willing and able to answer any questions,offer help and guidance on any problems.When services requested very quick responses Grounds are kept nice and clean.
I have lived at Park Hill for 21 years. That speaks for itself. It is a quiet peaceful area where the residents are friendly. It is common to see residents out walking through the development daily. Valerie and her staff are courteous, professional, helpful, and kind. The development is well cared for. I would recommend Park Hill to anyone. Melvin Mosley
My experience was 5 stars!! Everyone was absolutely wonderful, helpful, yet very professional. My apt. Is perfect for me, & neighbors are so nice. Couldn't be happier here, & comfortable.
