We have been here since 2023. My kids love the green and the management really takes care of the residents. Valarie and Jodi, you guys are amazing. A 3 bedroom apartment is hard to find in this locality. I am glad we found Parkhill! Thank you.
My move in experience was seamless and Valerie was a pleasure to work with to make it happen! Minor issue with one of the appliances that was resolved as quickly as possible by the team. Can't wait for summer to enjoy the pool and the grounds!
We have lived here for almost 2 years. We love living here!! The maintenance issues are promptly and effectively addressed. Given the current cost of living, the rent is fair, unlike many places. The location makes it easy to get around easily. People here are friendly and has a lovely community feeling!
