Maria is a fabulous leasing agent. I normally do not trust advertising on Facebook however Maria's customer service skills helped me to trust the process. Then I met Park Hill's manager-Lyssa who helped the process run smoothly, so the same day I felt safe and at home. Both women have blessed me tremendously. Yay, Park Hill!
I am a former resident. I lived in this building for a maximum of 4 months into my lease before I paid all the necessary fees to terminate my lease. Ciranta was the property management. First of day moving items and I open the bedroom door (3 weeks after touring the unit), big cockroach on the wall. Closed the door prayed. Got the unit sprayed and such. Marie Got My Family In On A Really Good Special And Was Really Nice. She Was Really Helpful And Took Pride In Her Work. And The Apartment Is Really Nice. Maintenance Workers Are Always On Top Of Their Job. Really Amazing Apartments.
Been living here since November and it’s been a very amazing experience living here! Lyssa and Maria are very very helpful and made out application process easy and smooth. Maintenance is very very awesome, those men stay busy and do such good work on all work order and they are fast as well. Never had a good experience anywhere else until moving here. Also big plus is when they try to bring all the residents and make food or celebrate days at the office every month. Free food is such a big plus for us ❤️
