Told I could get a place and than told i wasnt approved,Very poor management
If I could give them negative stars I would. This is an unsafe building for senior citizens especially! The house keeper has been given a master key by the maintenance guy and he is going into people's apartments taking anything he wants. We have complained to management and corporate and have been told that no one has a key to the units. This is scary and very sad. Please don't rent from these people, especially if you are a senior.
The management at Park Heights does a great job running the property. The review below (by Lisette Garcia) seems to be for a different property since Park Heights doesn't have 2 BR apartments, is subsidized housing for seniors and does not have basement apartments. I'm sharing a few pictures of the building for reference.
