Great first time experience. From Lynda and the front desk team to Ody and Helen in treatment and Dr. Scott Pincus and Blanca in diagnostic plan - everyone was highly professional and made comfortable.
Highly recommend. All the staff members are friendly, professional and happy to assist. Office is clean and has current technology. My hubby and I both come here and will for years to come.
Staff was very nice and pleasant. I dread going to the dentist, the staff was aware and made every effort to put me at ease. Informative for plan of care, worked well with my insurance.

My first visit at Parkhaven Dental Care went very well. I only had one miss communication when the secretary in the front office wasn’t understanding when I told her that I did the most of the new client paperwork online and the insurance form as well. The hygienist I had was very nice and welcoming. We got along very well and she did a good cleaning job. I really appreciate my hygienist, Misle Kebede. She’s very professional, respectful and always does a great job. I can refer my relatives, friends and coworkers with full confidence. In addition, all employees are very friendly and welcoming.
Highly recommend. I have been seeing Dr. Pincus for a couple years now. He is caring and always takes the time listen.. rare find these days. Excellent care by the staff, always gentle and friendly.
