The indian lady was very short and unprofessional. I asked about the 2bdrm which is listed on realtor.com for 2,199-2,599. she told me rudely the price was 3,200 for the 2dbrm. I asked her why would they falsely give the wrong price. she rudely said this is the price with no professionalism. she said she was the realtor and the sign on the posting of the actual building said no brokers fee.
I called inquiring about the one bedroom And two bedroom the lady was very rude and hostile because i am a voucher holder when online it state the rent is 2000 but on the phone she said its 2700 for the one bedroom . Stop discriminating against people we are all human beings I hope y’all receive no business but then again people don’t care until it done to them
Greetings All, I am a 2 year tenant in the Park Haven Apts and the Super Randy is very quick in responding to work orders, he and his team keeps the building very clean & maintained. In addition, when I go to the office Jacinia/Amanda & Daniel are professional and always greet you with a smile. Blessings to the entire Zara Team
