1. The building has asbestos and mold 2. There is an insanely loud alarm that goes off constantly throughout the week in the middle of the night. 3. There are multiple break-ins, vehicles are constantly robbed, and there is an overwhelming sense of fear. 4. Management does not care and they haven't done anything. 5. There is a huge homeless encampment that will not leave.

Al has fixed a couple of issues that I had with the kitchen zinc and he does an amazing five star job and takes care of any issues fast. Thank you for all your help guys.

This overpriced ghetto lifestyle is sure to make you feel at home, if you love trash rats and roaches. The price is ridiculous. You will be greeted by trash in the parking lots. Very little security, police raids, domestic violence, RATS, broken lights and flies greeting you as you get off the elevator that is often broken. I tried to give this place a chance, in the end I was fooled and hoodwinked. As I came home last night a rat ran across my foot in the hallway. I must say that the experience that I had with the maintenance specially Ahmed Alnuaimi was fantastic he is very knowledgeable and within a short time the problem is solved Keep up the good work and thanks again
It's not a safe place due to management's sense of responsibility. I was physically assaulted by someone on staff and management disregarded the incident and stated it's an alleged interactions. I have been trying to gain help from management and they are not helping. I do not recommend living here.
Horrible apartment
Too much party below G223. Bad people and party day and night and drink and smoke joints and on doing drugs. Too loud and way too many people can hear them from balcony with closed and open windows. Poorly managed. Stinks and very not interested in their gossip and convos. Must be young kids who have ways to grow. Just like its building and management. BUNCH Immatures.
