I have just contacted the corp. office. If something breaks, your out of luck. The manager will decide when it will be fixed. They DO NOT consider you as anything once your a renter. BEWARE, you get treated like CRAP once you move in. The manager treats you rudely. Customer service, what is that, Pay \$900.00 a month and treated like this when things break.
