On the days this garage actually works as intended it is 4+ stars. But the 2 star rating is due to the inconsistency … While I understand technical issues are bound to occur, I have only been a customer here for a few months and see major issues occurring every few days. This is extremely frustrating, and honestly sad. I’ve been waiting for my car to be sent out for 15 minutes and now it says “ No Data” for the ETA. I would do no stars if I could because this place sucks. There are constantly issues where you have to wait hours to park your car and they have the absolute WORST customer service. If it was cheap I could handle it but for 360$ a month DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
DO NOT park here if you paid on an app like SpotHero. It doesn’t work and you’ll end up paying twice. Scam.
The Good Stuff Super handy if you live in the building - just park and walk straight in They've got some temp spots by the garage entrance when there's a line, which is nice The Not-So-Good Stuff 1. About 2 in 5 times, you'll run into minor issues getting your car out - system freezes, broken bays, etc. Usually fixed in 15-30 minutes, but a real pain if you're in a morning rush 2.
