I would do no stars if I could because this place sucks. There are constantly issues where you have to wait hours to park your car and they have the absolute WORST customer service. If it was cheap I could handle it but for 360$ a month DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
DO NOT park here if you paid on an app like SpotHero. It doesn’t work and you’ll end up paying twice. Scam.
The Good Stuff Super handy if you live in the building - just park and walk straight in They've got some temp spots by the garage entrance when there's a line, which is nice The Not-So-Good Stuff 1. About 2 in 5 times, you'll run into minor issues getting your car out - system freezes, broken bays, etc. Usually fixed in 15-30 minutes, but a real pain if you're in a morning rush 2. Been using this garage for a month and it’s been awful. Every time I want to get my car I have to call the tech. And yesterday the power was out for 3 hours and no one could get their car or park their car! So unreliable. Surprised this place hasn’t been condemned by Hoboken.
