Been using this garage for a month and it’s been awful. Every time I want to get my car I have to call the tech. And yesterday the power was out for 3 hours and no one could get their car or park their car! So unreliable. Surprised this place hasn’t been condemned by Hoboken.
My car has been stuck for over an hour at this point. I keep being told they are waiting for a technician by the operator of the help line. When they were unhelpful and uninformative and I asked to speak to the manager I was informed they “don’t have a manager”. Several people came in and out during this time saying this is a frequent occurrence. Not worth the risk to park here.
I would give this review zero stars if I could. I have been waiting for my car for an hour and a half now. They claim one floor has a power failure, but I have seen cars come in and I’ve seen cars come out. You call the number and they refer you to the operations manager, Raj, and then you call Raj and after leaving three or four voicemails, he returns the call and tells you that he does not operate this garage.
