Kim who works on site is incredible. When you call the customer service number and talk to outsourced support, they couldn’t be worse. I rented a space and showed up MAD after dealing with “support.” After meeting Kim she turned the whole experience around. Come here and talk to a human being that works onsite (preferably Kim). I am leaving a 1-star review after months of unresolved issues with this location and its management. I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. In April 2026, I completed a unit transfer from a large unit to a smaller unit. The manager, Kim, failed to process the move-out for the original unit in the system on the day I moved out, and I unfortunately only discovered this error when I was wrongfully charged for the larger unit in May.
