6/2/25 Update: So now the apt has mice they have chewed through the wall in one of the cabinets and left behind a lot of droppings and what looked like seeds. There was also a dead mouse found in the bed. Then there is this weird stuff discovered in the kids bedroom. It almost looks like a fungus growing and it was moist when i touched it. Have you cleaned park forest up? Literally since it was sold it has went down hill. Trash everywhere, bugs, shooting of a teenager recently I have pics so please be honest. I know for a fact it's still horrible over there. My family member after 13 years moved out of there recently and how this property isn't shut down yet is beyond me. They’re not a good place to live, There is no office on the property so they don’t come check out their property maintenance is horrible, they are not good at the upkeep of their exterior and the office is never open

Nightmare after getting out my lease its hell getting my deposit about to be 3 months I been gone deeped cleaned the two bedroom already OCD lived alone 9 months and they trying to keep half my rent Fridge wouldn't stay closed the rubber that seals it in was hanging off the kitchen and bathroom cabinets was terrible old and ugly tub would pill big white stuff after i took a bath, found two bullet holes in the walls of my apartment it was dangerous ended up fearing for my life !! car theft apartments broken into mine was brok... read more
