Bar tending staff was very inattentive. Did not take customers as they came to the bar.
It was great! Good food, good drinks! Service was good. Great view of the horses"s It was fun.
It was my first time there, I'm a frequent Hawthorne racing junkie, returning from St. Louis , we decided to stop on a Monday to check the joint out, and only issue I had is that my voucher kept getting rejected from the tote machines and I had to go to a live teller which was inconvenient and some of the tote machines were not even working.. Monday's are the worst nite to go for simulcasting, but live racing is much more exiting��hope the staff can remidy this issue so next time we return will be more enjoying....Sir Charle... read more
