Would have given 5 stars if the concessions weren't such a mess. Need more places to just get drinks easily and not have to wait for people ordering food. Soda Machines or even just small stands with non alcoholic drinks would be nice. You come to see the races not stand in line forever just for a drink. Ruins the experience when it's hot and you need to keep hydrated May be cool to even have vendors walking the seating areas like at the ballgame.
Love Fairmount and glad they are at least racing a few days a week !!! Wish they raced on Friday's too !!!
Races were great . Concessions sucked ! 2 times I waited almost 20 minutes and only got a third of the way to the stand . Both times had to get out of line before I got my drinks so I could watch the race live !
Great entertainment and very honest staff! I apparently dropped my money clip with cash, credit cards and my drivers license in it and an off duty security guard had already turned it in before I even had a chance to panic. On top of that I hit a couple exactas!
Top of the Turf Party was awesome way to celebrate birthday- we had a great view of races - got to award a horse a race in the Winners Circle and we had the best bartender!!
