Absolutely ridiculous no consistency from one inspector to the next I would never do this again with these guys. Had a final inspection had a few things I needed to do did everything except one next inspector comes and then there’s a list of more stuff as far as I’m concerned this is a waste
I recently got ahold of Park Enterprises. I explained that Mr. Terry Laurie of Raymond AB did renos without permits. No building permits needed. He has won. He said he would not need them and he doesn't. Everything was done under the table and when I tried to make it right and pay for them, trying to get inspections done, was told signatures and prices. I'd like to comment if l may, as follows: The blueprints for our house in Raymond, Alberta ( new constitution), in order to meet code requirements needed some adjustment in areas, and Jean, Park Enterprise's receptionist went 'absolutely' over-and-above to put us in contact with various inspectors, who in turn were extremely helpful with their advise, and follow-up. Park Enterprises was called to give an impartia,l report on hot water tank installation by Charlton and Hill on March 11th, 2024 Corey performed inspection. I did notr receive until March 25. The report completely ignores to mention basic facts presented to him. He does not report breach of OSH in regards to the two employees of Charlton & Hill were smoking at the jobsite despite the fact that there was smell of gas around that cabin.
