Park East Apartments has been home for me for the past 4 years, and I couldn't be happier living here! My apartment is spacious, modern, and with lots of natural lighting. The amenities are wonderful with laundry, a media room, gym, pool, and parking. You also cannot beat the location to the surrounding neighborhood and Balboa Park. In the 10 years I’ve been in San Diego, this has been the best place I’ve lived so far! I spent 4 fabulous years here, only moving out because I finally decided to buy. The management and neighbors are great, the area is quiet but within walking distance to so much, and waking up to the birds in the canyon was the best part of my day!
Very expensive for the "quality."
