I love this place! I have been coming here for over 13 years. Everyone is always friendly, dentist are great! They are honest and don’t tell me I need work that is not needed. Always upfront with me about how much my insurance will pay and what my costs are going to be. I love they can get me in for cleanings at 7pm so I don’t have to take a day off work just to get my teeth cleaned.
I find your new policy for existing patients on Medical Assistance unable to schedule recall appointments DISCRIMINATING and UNETHICAL of a dental practice. I have been a patient for 5 years. I now am told to call at the first of the month to schedule an appointment and I was told that the only two Medical Assistance appointments are filled. I will be bringing this matter to the Minnesota Board of Dentistry. I am very dissatisfied with this so called standard of care. This is disgraceful.
Stop over charging for dental work as basic as a cavity.
Got Dentures, got a infection, Dentures never did fit right, gums always bleeding, after about 20 liners, still do no fit. Then they told me I should go see a specialist. So about $6,000.00 dollars later and no money to see someone else. I really can not eat anything because everything sticks all over the Denture. I have lost about 40lbs. It is a nightmare. They fall out when you try to talk with them in. The people that work there are very nice. But I'm sure you won't see this anyway
I love Dr. Ronning and Bridget. Made me feel very comfortable. Doing a bridge prep.
Service was okay, but billing wasn't honest and upfront about charges. Got a bill three months after treatment that included a 90 day past due notice. Not cool.
I had a great visit and Dr. Stromberg made me feel so comfortable. He was professional, kind and worked quickly to solve al lil ache I had going on by doing a deep cleaning...problem solved! Great visit with a great staff yesterday!
