Not the best. Before the technician and the dentist saw the inside of my mouth they told me that I was certainly going to need a crown. They did not want to listen to what I had to say and took forever to take xrays. I will not go back there.
Park Dental They may have a really friendly staff, but I did not like how they would not clean my teeth because it was my first appointment. I have to schedule a second appointment for a cleaning.
Not recommended My child had a terrible experience at this dentist. He has always had good experiences, but his hygienist was very rude. I feel that the goal of dental appointments for children is to make sure they have a positive experience, not refuse to give them a sticker if they don't do one thing. We will never go back.
Inadequate Customer Service Two different occasions are covered here. One time I called there 10 times in a half hour to schedule an emergency visit and got only the busy signal. What business has that kind of phone service or staffing? On another occasion, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time (as they requested) and sat in the lobby for 45 minutes after my appointment time and NOT ONE PERSON EVER LET ME KNOW WHY THEY WERE SO LATE and they got angry when I suggested that they should maybe inform their customers as... read more
A great place for dental needs Park Dental has a very clean office. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. It is also very easy to get an appointment at this facility. They provide top notch dental care.They are a very patient-friendly staff as well.
Great service and you leave with a great smile! This dentist office is one of the nicest I've been to. It's nothing fancy (but they are adding on), however the people couldn't be any nicer or make you feel any more comfortable! I have been seeing this DDS since I was 18 and I am now 36. The office is always clean, the staff is always pleasant and they are almost always on time!
Eden Prairie Dental is Top Class I just started seeing Dr. Gulon at Eden Prairie Park Dental and he is great. A personable professional that knows what he is doing with a great staff to support him.
hard sell One of my family members did not have a dental insurance and needed some work done on his teeth. We only had so much money to spend (a few hundred dollars) and they knew that - and they still insisted on doing so much work that was not immediately necessary (like braces - for an adult) that it would run us a few thousand. Try to Upsell Everything Although the receptionist staff and the dr and hygienists were friendly, I am no pleased with this dentist office at all. They make you feel bad about your teeth in the hopes that you will purchase their bleeching or cosmetic services. I would not reccomend.
