Our family has just joined Woodbury Dental Care and we are absolutely blown away with the whole team and how well they've taken care of us!
Had work done on a crown. All involved made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions.
First time I had hygienist Nicole L. Best ever had, she was very efficient and appropriate amount of conversation. Nothing worse then going in to have your teeth cleaned and the hygienist go on and on. I will be requesting her everytime and if you want someone that does a great job you will request her also!
Very happy with the total experience--from the first contact phone call to set up appointment, to the procedure by Dr. Pihlstrom, with the aid of Riley and Mal, and payment--unexpected surprise of a discount for payment in full! EVERYONE was great, and I am experiencing no issues, except missing crunchy, chewy food for a while!
Wow, a dentist who conducts an assessment BEFORE any treatment or cleaning. I actually met the Dentist right away. The assessment was conducted by the dentist AND the hygienist. They showed my teeth pics on a big screen and explained everything to me. This dentist runs a great office, warm front desk staff and hygienist who actually was honest and didn't try to fake that it was her first day at the office.
It's always great to be taken back soon after arriving. Everyone is friendly and the dentist is very efficient and does great work.
Everyone was so friendly and patient. Joni was amazing! Will definitely be passing the word! Thanks again!
