Professional and Friendly The staff at Konz and Lacy are always extremely professional, courteous, gentle and kind. Dr. Konz recognizes my busy schedule and does everything she can to get me in and out of a cleaning quickly. I love to brag about my dentist and that fabulous office!
We have been with Dr Konz since we moved to the US 13 years ago. Alas, all things must end and we will be moving to a different state. Always thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with Dr Konz and her staff - who would have said that about interactions with his or her dentist in the old days (ever watched Dustin Hoffman in the 'Marathon Man')? Wouldn't go to any other dental practice I have been a patient of Dr. Konz for several years. From the time you first enter the office, you feel like a guest in someone's home - fresh lemon water, coffee and scented candles. When you go into the exam rooms, you feel like you are at a spa - heated neck wraps, paraffin hand dips, soft music or TV.
